have we met before?

a very cute incident happened with me last night. after office i called sunny to ask him where he was. incidentally he was just leaving  from office and was travelling with his manager in his car. he said he would pick me from my office and we could go ahead. his bike was parked at his manager’s residence so we go there and leave for dinner on his bike…blah blah blah.. that’s not what is important..

sunny wanted to have a faluda so we stopped on the way and while he was enjoying the faluda i was in some thought sitting behind on the bike… some one comes from behind on an activa and asks: “Excuse me? Do you know where is delhi kitchen?” i turn towards the sweet voice and “this way straight..” and i think to myself.. “wow.. so pretty..”

she says,  ”Thanks”. and shez about to leave and turns back and asks.. “have we met before?”

both of us confused… hmm. “I feel i’ve met you before.. hmm.. anyways never mind.. this way right?”  “Yes..” i said. but we didn’t move.. there was something that kept us curious to know if we have met before… my brain running faster than Pentium IV dual core at that moment… said, maybe shez just one of  my mamma’s student… and i asked.. “Are you from Goa?”

There she solves the mistery.. “Yes.. wait.. you are from X (name of my company) right? you remember we travelled in the bus to Goa? i had seen your watch? you remember?”

Oh God.. indeed.. it was the same female.. R-E-W-I-N-D.. and i said “Yes” .. <a-smile>

we both smile.. dunno what to do next.. “delhi kitchen this way right?” me- “Yes”. “Thanks”, she said and disappeared..

Flashback: 10 months back… my maiden journey to Goa from pune (when i had got a transfer to pune) i was waiting of the bus and the bus was delayed. I had met a gal. she was really really pretty! very bold and smart too. she was to travel with me to Goa in the same bus. the agent from where we booked the ticket put us both in an auto and told us to move to a different station as the bus was not able to come into the city bcos of heavy traffic. while we were travelling in the auto this madam saw my watch which had my organization logo and name on it. while we were waiting for the bus we began talking and she asked me if i belonged to ‘x’ organization. i asked how did she know? she said “i saw your watch”. very observant i said. and we spoke for sometime about each other. the bus came and we took our respective seats.. STORY ENDS

last night was a cute incident. 10 months later you meet someone and that person remembers your face and the incident. found that really very sweet.

i have a crush on a new trainee at office here. i just visited our internal forum site and there was one portlet displaying birthdays for today. and guess what?? her birthday today. Miss SS… no no.. SS itsn’t ”Shez Sexy” …hhmmmm actually she issszz but SS as in - her initials are also SS

I sent her a mail wishing her Happy Birthday. and and and…. she replied. Thanks.

I don’t know what she must be thinking about me but for me - i have atleast one mail from her in my inbox. Crazy am i? i think not!

PS: came to office late today at 11, and got the news that office premises were closed for some audit for 4 hours.. hahaha. my sixth sense does help me unknowingly.. LOL..

if you haven’t watched it as yet then don’t bother to.. it’s an unnecessary hype. another thing.. the characters in the film don’t speak they only deliver dialogues. my guess is the script of the movie must not have gone beyond 5 pages… that too with a font size of verdana 18

before the movie they said “all characters in the film are fictitious….” they should have also added - “the power plant project around which the entire film revolves around is also fictitious…” this would have certainly saved our time.
